The Adventurers Guild supports visits to Windsor by tracking participant movement and ensuring everyone is safely signed in and out.
We’re looking for organised, approachable Team Members who are comfortable checking records and interacting with leaders and participants.
What you’ll be doing:
- Scanning participants and leaders in and out of Windsor visits
- Verifying group lists and resolving small discrepancies
- Working closely with Sub‑camp Leaders and Safekeeping teams
- Helping maintain clear, accurate records
- Reporting concerns promptly to the Guild Lead
This role is based on organisation and communication rather than physical activities.
If you’re not already a member of a recognised WAGGGS (Guides) or WOSM (Scouts) organisation, we’ll arrange membership as part of your volunteering with us (you’ll need to be a member to be on-site during the event).
