The Bard’s Guild is where stories are told, songs are sung, and confidence takes centre stage. This guild supports performance‑based and creative activities that help young people express themselves and have fun.
We’re seeking friendly, encouraging Bard’s Guild Team Members to help facilitate sessions and support participants as they take the stage.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with drama, music, storytelling, or performance activities
- Encouraging participation and building confidence in young people
- Helping manage small groups and activity flow
- Supporting performers and keeping sessions inclusive and positive
- Assisting with set‑up and pack‑down of performance spaces
No performance background is required – enthusiasm, encouragement, and a supportive approach are what matter most.
If you’re not already a member of a recognised WAGGGS (Guides) or WOSM (Scouts) organisation, we’ll arrange membership as part of your volunteering with us (you’ll need to be a member to be on-site during the event).
