The Voyager’s Guild is setting sail beyond the WINGS site for epic off-site water adventures! We need a calm, confident Bus Manager to keep everything running like clockwork.
This is a key coordination role within the WINGS 2026 Programme team, ensuring every young person and leader travels safely and has a great experience when travelling to and from the water venue.
If you’re organised, diplomatic, and can stay cool when plans shift (because occasionally… they will!), this could be your perfect mission.
You’ll be the central point of coordination for all off-site water transport:
- Liaising with bus drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Liaising with Sub-camp Leaders the night before and confirming numbers on the day
- Working closely with the WINGS Safekeeping Team
- Coordinating the transport of participants and leaders to and from the off-site venue
- Managing any situations where buses are delayed or plans change
- Overseeing who is on which bus and managing the sign-out process off site
You won’t need to travel on the buses this role remains based on the main WINGS site.
