The Challengers Guild brings energy, teamwork, and friendly competition through team games and physical or mental challenges.
We’re looking for upbeat and engaging Challengers Guild Team Members to help deliver activities and keep the atmosphere fun and inclusive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting team games and group challenges
- Helping explain rules and keep games fair
- Encouraging teamwork and positive behaviour
- Assisting with scoring, timekeeping, or group rotation
- Helping reset activities between sessions
You don’t need to lead games – just help them run smoothly and make sure everyone feels included.
If you’re not already a member of a recognised WAGGGS (Guides) or WOSM (Scouts) organisation, we’ll arrange membership as part of your volunteering with us (you’ll need to be a member to be on-site during the event).
