Trading from Saturday to Saturday, the shop will open from 12 noon on the first day and will stop trading at 12 noon on the last day.

Opening times:

Information and lost property

Information desk

The information desk is your central point of contact for any WINGS related enquiries that cannot be resolved through your subcamp team.

The information desk is located near the wellbeing centre and event management cabin. It will be open 08:00 to 20:00 each day, although times are subject to change

Our friendly team will be on hand to help with:

  • General enquiries
  • Directions and site information
  • Lost property queries

Outside of the information desk opening times, please speak with your subcamp team in the first instance, or contact the security team for concerns around safekeeping.

Lost property

With so much adventure packed into each day at WINGS, the occasional misplaced item is almost inevitable. WINGS will not accept any responsibility for personal belongings.

To help reunite lost property with its owner as quickly as possible, all personal items should be clearly labelled, ideally with group name as well as personal name, including clothing, water bottles, and equipment. subcamp neckers should also be labelled and worn throughout the event and should not be traded with others for the duration of WINGS.

If any items are left behind at timed activity zones we’ll attempt to return them to the relevant subcamp hub, which may be later the same day or evening. Items found elsewhere on site should be handed in to the Information Desk. Where items are clearly labelled, every effort will be made to return them promptly to the correct subcamp hub for collection.

Valuable items such as mobile phones, watches and jewellery must be described in detail when handed in and will be stored securely overnight. To help with identification, we strongly recommend participants set their phone lock screen or wallpaper to display NAME – UNIT – SUBCAMP during the event.

All lost property that has not been claimed at the end of WINGS, will be responsibly disposed of.

Deliveries to site

To help keep the site running smoothly, all deliveries to WINGS are managed through designated collection points. Please read the guidance below carefully when arranging any deliveries to site.

All deliveries

This applies to all types of deliveries, including:

  • Additional supermarket and food orders
  • Takeaways
  • Online purchases (e.g. Amazon or similar)
  • Equipment or supplier deliveries

All deliveries will be directed to the main gate on site.

Collection and responsibilities

It is the responsibility of each group to:

  • Be present at the expected delivery time
  • Sign for and collect their delivery promptly
  • Transport items from the collection point back to their subcamp

The delivery point is a walking distance from subcamp, so please plan ahead and allow enough time.

We strongly recommend bringing a sturdy trolley or cart to help move items across site.

Important information:

  • WINGS is not responsible for missed, delayed, damaged or incorrect deliveries
  • All suppliers will be directed to the designated delivery point, regardless of instructions provided when ordering
  • WINGS is unable to provide refrigerated storage for deliveries awaiting collection
  • Please ensure all deliveries are clearly labelled with:
    Name – Group – SubCamp

When arranging deliveries, please use the following address:

<Name> <Group> <SubCamp>
WINGS Jamboree 2026

Plan ahead: We recommend planning deliveries carefully and considering storage, transport and timing – this will help ensure your delivery arrives safely and with minimal disruption to your group’s week.

Leaving the site

For the safety and security of everyone at WINGS, all movements on and off site are carefully managed.

Anyone leaving the site must do so via the main gate or vehicle gate, unless they’re participating in an off-site activity (see below). This applies to all participants, leaders and event volunteers at all times.

When exiting and returning to site:

  • Your wristband must be scanned out when you leave
  • Your wristband must be scanned back in when you return
  • This process is managed by the Security Team at the main gate
  • No individual youth participant will be allowed to exit or enter the site without their group or relevant adults.

It is essential that this system is followed every time you leave or reenter the site. This helps us maintain an accurate record of who is on site at any given time and ensures we can respond effectively in the event of an emergency.

For offsite activities, movements will be coordinated separately. Participants will be given clear instructions by the team running the activity, including how and when to leave and return to site. Please ensure all guidance provided for these activities is followed carefully.

Your cooperation helps keep WINGS safe for everyone. Thank you for playing your part.
