WINGS 2026 is pleased to offer gas for purchase during the event.
To help your camp run smoothly, we strongly recommend pre-ordering your gas in advance. Please read all the information below carefully to ensure you order the correct cylinder type and size for your needs.
Important: We’re unable to offer refunds for incorrectly ordered or unused gas.
Pre-order your gas
To guarantee availability, please place your order online before arrival.
Pre-orders close at 23:00 on Sunday 5 July 2026.
Calor Gas
Calor gas will be available onsite in limited quantities.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage all groups to pre-order gas in advance for collection at WINGS.
- Onsite purchases will be subject to remaining stock
- If you run out during the event, visit the Six Kingdoms Trading Post where the team will advise on availability

FloGas
We are unable to stock FloGas onsite.
If you require a refill during the event, you will need to visit a local stockist, you can check them here.
Cylinder deposits & exchanges
All gas cylinders require either:
- A like-for-like exchange (You must have an empty cylinder of the same brand and size as that being purchased for this to be a valid exchange), or
- A cylinder deposit paid on collection
To exchange: You must bring an empty cylinder of the same brand and size.
If no exchange is available: A deposit (typically £50–£70 depending on size) will be required.
End of event options:
- Return your Calor cylinder (with proof of WINGS purchase) for a full deposit refund
- Or keep the cylinder – we’ll issue a Calor rental agreement, and WINGS will transfer your deposit to Calor on your behalf
Please note: We cannot refund the cost of any unused gas.

- We can hold your order until you need it (e.g. mid-week collection)
- If you need support moving gas to your campsite, we’ll do our best to assist (subject to availability)
