As Head of Risk for WINGS 2026, you’ll be our behind-the-scenes hero joining our leadership team, helping keep the jamboree safe, smooth, and sensational for thousands of Scouts and Guides.

You’ll work closely with teams across the event to support them in identifying potential risks, developing their risk registers, and putting sensible, scout-savvy mitigation plans in place. From unpredictable weather to logistical hiccups, you’ll help us spot what could go wrong before it does—so everyone else can focus on the fun!
