To help make your camp run smoothly, a limited number of tables and chairs are available for groups to hire during WINGS Jamboree.
What’s available
- Rectangular tables (6ft trestle tables) – £8.50 each
- Folding chairs – £4.50 each
Availability is limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
How to book
You can request to hire tables and chairs in the form below.
Once requests are confirmed, you will receive and invoice for the full amount. Payment terms will be 20 days from invoice date. If payment hasn’t been received by the deadline, your chairs and tables will not be reserved.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee availability until it has been confirmed.
Delivery & collection
To keep things simple:
- Tables and chairs will be delivered directly to your sub‑camp’s hub tent
- At the end of camp, we will collect them from the same location
There’s no need for leaders or young people to transport equipment around site.
Care & damage responsibility
We know accidents happen, and we don’t expect groups to insure hired equipment.
However, by booking tables and chairs, groups agree to:
- Take reasonable care of all hired items
- Use them only for their intended purpose
- Return them in the condition they were received
If equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear or lost, the group may be charged the reasonable repair or replacement cost.
