Consent and awareness
All media captured at WINGS may be used in:
- Digital and print communications
- Social media
- Promotional materials
- Event archives
Consent for photography is provided through our event management system, and we will provide people who have requested not to be photographed, filmed or recorded with an additional wristband, so our media team can also identify who the people are and avoid capturing media. If you or any young person in your group does not wish to be photographed, filmed or recorded, it is the responsibility of leaders and participants to actively manage this and avoid media areas where possible.
Please also note that WINGS cannot control photos, videos or recordings taken and shared by other participants or visitors.
Share your story
WINGS is built on the stories, moments and memories created by everyone on site. Whether it’s a small achievement, a big adventure or a moment of friendship – we’d love you to share it with us.
Connect with us on social media, submit your story on our website or email us directly at [email protected] or [email protected].
