Bring energy, ideas and enthusiasm to one of WINGS’ most interactive activities. The Enterprise Zone is a fast-paced challenge where participants create, market and trade their own products while working as a team under pressure.
You’ll help young people dive into the action, build confidence, think creatively and have a brilliant time along the way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Explaining the activity and getting teams started
- Encouraging participation, teamwork and problem solving
- Supporting young people as they develop and pitch ideas
- Helping manage production, trading and activity resources
- Assisting with set-up, reset and smooth delivery of sessions
- Creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
Led by the King Scout Working Party, but open to all volunteers. Whether you’re a King Scout member or not, if you enjoy helping young people thrive, this role is for you.
If you’re not already a member of a recognised WAGGGS (Guides) or WOSM (Scouts) organisation, we’ll arrange membership as part of your volunteering with us (you’ll need to be a member to be on-site during the event).
