On-site Programme Team Leader

As our On-Site Programme Leader, you’ll be the creative spark behind a range of exciting daytime activities for up to 500 participants at once. From circus skills and international crafts to music, sports, and more – you’ll shape a vibrant, inclusive programme that keeps the energy high and the fun non-stop.
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of these activities, manage resources and instructors, ensure safety and safeguarding is in place, and help bring the whole camp site to life. You’ll also work closely with the wider Programme Team, attending key meetings and sharing progress as we build toward an unforgettable jamboree.
As the team leader, you’ll be responsible for building, guiding, and supporting your team — ensuring everyone feels valued, informed, and empowered to deliver on-site programme.
