I am really excited to be part of the WINGS 2020 team, helping to deliver the marketing and non-site based IT. This is the first time i’ve volunteered for a jamboree and thanks to the support of a great team, it’s already been an awesome experience.

I’m very passionate about marketing and it has been the main focus of my career to date. It’s been awesome being able to apply my profession to WINGS 2020 and help to create an unforgettable experience for 7000 Guides and Scouts.

I’m an Assistant Scout Leader for 1st Compton Scouts, which i have been doing for over 2 years and thoroughly enjoy. I went through Scouting growing up (a beaver, cub and scout with 5th Chichester Scouts in West Sussex) and absolutely loved it,  so was keen to get involved as an adult with a view to giving young people the experiences and opportunities it gave me.

Scouts helped forge my passion for the outdoors and i still love camping, as well as climbing, mountaineering, white water rafting, water sports and obstacle course racing.

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone enjoy WINGS 2020 for what i’m sure will be an amazing experience.
