WINGS in a day Team Leader

As our WINGS in a Day Team Leader, you’ll design and deliver a jam-packed day of adventure, discovery and fun – offering up to 300 young participants a brilliant taste of the full WINGS magic!
You’ll build and lead brilliant team of people to plan a day of age-appropriate activities like geocaching, inflatables, circus skills, crafts, archery and more. On the day, you’ll be the key contact keeping things running smoothly, safely, and no doubt with much noise and excitement – making sure every young person leaves with a big smile and great memories.
As the team leader, you’ll be responsible for building, guiding, and supporting your team — ensuring everyone feels valued, informed, and empowered to deliver WINGS in a Day
