Welcome! If you’ve arrived at this page, it will likely be because you’ve scanned the QR code on one of the WINGS wristbands.
Looking to scan participants?
If you’re a WINGS Leader or Volunteer, you’ll need to log in to the WINGS Management System before the wristband QR codes can be used for participant scanning and attendance.
Once you’re logged in, scanning a wristband will allow you to:
- Register and assign wristbands to participants on arrival
- Record whether participants are on or off site (volunteers)
- View participant information (where appropriate)
- Support the safe management of everyone attending WINGS
Please return to the WINGS Management System, sign in using your account, and then scan the wristband again.
Found a WINGS Wristband?
If you’ve found a WINGS wristband, thank you for helping us!
Please return it by either:
- Handing it in at the Main Entrance to WINGS, or
- Giving it to any Scout or Guide group you see close to the site.
WINGS takes place from 25 July – 1 August, and returning lost wristbands helps us reunite them with their owners as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your help.
Leader Training
Below you’ll find guidance for Leaders on using the WINGS wristband system.
Training includes:
- Setting up your device for scanning
- Assigning wristbands during registration
- Troubleshooting common scanning issues
Please work through the information before participant registration opens to ensure a smooth arrival experience for everyone.
Thank you for helping us make WINGS 2026 a safe, efficient and memorable event!
