As the YIST Leader, you’ll be critical to the success and enjoyment of our Young International Support Team – inspiring them every step of the way.

From pre-event prep and clear communication, to a warm welcome on arrival and daily pastoral care, you’ll be the guiding force behind their WINGS journey. You’ll help match volunteers with meaningful roles, keep them connected to the wider camp team, and make sure they know they’re an essential part of the WINGS adventure.

If you’ve got a heart for international friendship, a knack for coordination, and love seeing young people thrive, this is the role where you’ll truly make a huge impact!
