Let the Jamboree begin!

As the sun set over Windsor Great Park, the energy levels rose as WINGS 2026 was formally opened with a special ceremony on Saturday evening.

Glitter rained and beach balls soared over the crowd as 34 nations gathered to get our international Jamboree underway. 

The King and Queen of WINGS opened the camp in regal style, with Windsor Castle offering a fitting backdrop. Flags waved and there were some stunning fashion choices – from traffic cone hats, orange wigs and tutus from New Zealand, to butterfly wings (we see what you did there!) and even an inflatable flamingo – yes, you read that right!
